NGO Empowerment Program

Our "NGO Empowerment Program" is a 12-month coaching and mentoring program where the entire team of Charity Support Services are involved in taking the selected organisations to the next level of service delivery. Being a 12-month program ensures that long term change will take place and the organisations are equipped with media databases, marketing strategies and fundraising techniques. The aim of this program is to ensure that the organisations we serve render the best possible service. We concentrate on accountability, sustainability, branding, marketing, staff empowerment - elements that will all lead to successful fundraising.

Our aim is to create NGOs of Excellence, as our philosophy is that an NGO should be run like a business.

"I see the value of this program every day in my organisation"  "My aim is to add value to you as an individual before I can add value to your organisation"

The 2015 program was launched during 4 action packed training sessions.  The theme of these sessions was "Tips, Tricks and common sense when working with donors".
