Business Accolades and Awards
Annelise de Jager won the prestigious CEO award in the SME section for "Most influential Woman in Business and Government" during August 2013.
She received this award for being the brain behind 'Casual Day' which she launched in 1995. Her inspiration, energy, and perseverance drove this project to become the most successful fundraising campaign of its kind by raising more than R170 million for persons with disabilities before disassociating herself from the main beneficiary of the project at the end of the 2012 campaign.
Annelise was also a 2013 finalist of The Southern Africa Institute of Fundraising for "Fundraiser of the Year" for the innovative concept of Tekkie Tax as well as her more than 25 years of excellent service in the fundraising arena of South Africa.
In 2002 she won the "Pretoria News Business woman of the year" award.
In May 2014 she was chosen as a Finalist in CEO's "Africa's most influential Woman in Business and Government 2014". www.miw.co.za
In August 2014 she was announced as the Country Winner in CEO's "Africa's most influential Woman in Business and Government". She won this award for the highly successful Tekkie Tax campaign as well as her innovative NGO Empowerment Program.
